Sean Smith is an experienced Personal Trainer based at Norton Gym, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire where he conducts many of his personal training sessions using their latest Nautilus Cardio and strength equipment.  However, depending on your personal goal, Sean can also train you outside or even in your own home.
